Project Interfaith asked SecretPenguin to help promote an upcoming film and discussion about the Muslim Punk Movement.
We believe misunderstanding and intolerance can lead to hatred and fear, so we were happy to work with Project Interfaith to help their mission of creating a community of respect and peace among citizens.
We created a zine by hand, made copies, and had them put at local music venues, coffee shops and universities. The zine promoted the film and discussion, and also featured an interview with the director of the film, founder of Project Interfaith, and more information about the organization. We also created an online version.
The event was packed, and new people were introduced to Project Interfaith.
