Bluestone Development's 22 Floors

We teamed up with our friends from What Cheer on this project for Bluestone's new loft apartments in North Downtown Omaha. Our task was to name the building, create logo and branding, marketing, interior ideas, website and more. 22 Floors is a 3 story building. The 22 Floors name comes from the 22 actual floors with walls that are available to rent.

Website is built to be simple and easy to see the neighborhood and floorplans. Each floorplan has a key with different explanations of what they stand for.
